The manual trolley with power and data collector for MTS conductor rail system ASS 3

Trolley for MTS-profile-types ASS3.

The manual carriages can also be used in conjunction with a power- and data-carrying MTS conductor rail. For this we equip the manual carriage with a suitable collector. Both the power supply and the supply of the control signals for the luminaires are performed by specially developed copper conductors inside the rail. As a result, disruptive cable feeds can be avoided

A 29 mm DIN TV socket is used to receive the load. The trolley has a locking stop, which is operated by means of a bell. In addition, the trolley has a drawbar on which it can be moved by means of an operating-pole on the rail. In addition, there is an eye for a safety rope.

The manual trolleys have a payload of up to 60kg

A captive locking pin and a parking brake securely connect the trolley to the DIN TV spigot.

The trolleys from MTS – Media Technical System comply with the relevant safety regulations DGUV regulation 17 (formerly BGV C1, formerly VBG 70) as well as DIN 56950-2 (formerly DIN 15560)
