Motorized trolley for all common pipe profiles
(f.e. d=48 or d=60)
Thanks to the integrated friction wheel drive on the underside of the rail, the trolley enables the horizontal mobility of a wide variety of lifting devices.
The trolley can be easily retrofitted to existing pipe systems. The control is via the DMX, infrared or radio remote control of the lamp hanger, or the curtain.
Trolleys for tube profiles with diameter 48mm or 60mm have a load capacity of 60kg. To load a 29 mm DIN TV sleeve. The trolley has a locking stopper, which is operated by bell.
On the other side of the trolley has a Ziehöse on which he can be moved by means of lighting rod on the rail. In addition, an eye for a safety rope is available.
The MTS tube runners have a solid safety mechanism. The trolleys can only be removed from the track when this safety mechanism is unlocked.
The unlocking can be done with one hand. A captive locking pin and a parking brake securely connect the carriage to the DIN TV pin. The trolleys made by MTS – Media Technical System comply with the relevant safety regulations DGUV regulation 17 (formerly BGV C1, formerly VBG 70) and DIN 56950-2 (formerly DIN 15560).
Technical information:
The trolley is ideal for horizontal position adjustment of telescopes, pantographs, point trains, and more. It consists of a black-painted steel housing with integrated 3-phase asynchronous motor 230 V, 50 Hz, protection class IP 64, speed 1,340 rpm and an attached spur gear. The integrated die-cast aluminum impeller with vulcanised tread allows precise horizontal movement. Integrated smooth-running load rollers for moving the trolley in the system tracks. The castors consist of an extruded aluminum profile with 4 ball-bearing special rollers and 2 transverse guide ball bearings. As a result, a simple and easy process is achieved. As an adapter, a grub screw is inserted in the lower groove of the extruded aluminum profile.
The tube trolley has a payload of 60 kg. The drive is via a friction wheel whose contact pressure is adjustable.
